The selection that's in the spotlight this month as Garden Plant of the Month consists of three eye-catching stars in the range of hardy perennials. They're Coneflower, Phlox, Delphinium. There are similarities and differences between the three plants. All three have seen fresh additions to the range in recent years, so that they’re available in more varied colours and shapes.

Arts & Culture Award won for Excellence for the Best Use of Digital Channels

Out of hundreds of nominations and 19 shortlisted entrants, 8 organisations from across the UK have won a 2017 Emcees Award. These awards, established by =mc and the National Arts Fundraising School, aim to recognise excellence in arts and culture fundraising. The National Gallery and Flower Council have won the UXB London Award for the Best use of Digital Channels. Winners were announced on Thursday 4th May 2017.

efig's Annual General Meeting

Calling all efig members: Last Friday (19 May 2017),  all efig members should have received an email letter from chairman, Chris Jenkin, inviting them to attend the AGM. The letter included links to the Agenda and the minutes of last year's AGM. (If you haven't received yours, please check your spam or contact Joanna).

The efig AGM will take place on Wednesday, 14th of June at The Museum of London Docklands (No.1 Warehouse, West India Quay, Canary Wharf, London E14 4AL) at 3 pm. Prior to the meeting, we will be visiting Crossrail Place Roof Gardens (One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB) from 1.30pm.
